I'm a full-time working ADHD mommy of two amazing little people. My 9-year-old son has been diagnosed as well and we are navigating our way through a maze of different coping skills. Our almost 2-year-old daughter is in the "Tazmanian devil" toddler phase right now. She's a blur of frenzied activity, leaving a trail of destruction, chaos and laughter (most of the time) behind her... and we couldn't imagine life any other way!
My poor partner of 4 years is doing all he can not to lose his mind with all the frenetic energy in the house. I can't pretend to understand what it must be like to be a "neuro-norm" and having to deal with two very verbal, stubborn and driven inattentive ADHDers. It's hard enough to be in my brain, I can't imagine what it's like trying to adjust to having it in your face 24/7... x2!
This page is my chronicle of our adventures since, you know, I'm incapable of putting together a baby book or a photo album!
